the holidays

So today we had to do  some writing about the holidays and it had to relate the felling you had .




My holiday’s
In the holiday I went to see my grandma and granddad and I was really excited because I haven’t seen them for ages.


 They live in Napier I went with my mum’ dad’ brother and sister.My mum's name is Karyn my Dad's name is Paul my Brother's name is Ashley and Lucky last my sister's name is Kate.


My sister loves to stay at my grandma's house on her own because she gets to go shopping for clothes and last time she bought a green Skirt from the warehouse.


The only time I went to my  grandpa  and grandma’s house on my own was when mum’ dad’ Ashley and Kate Went to Toronto  for go carting. I went to the hot pools and to the Supermarket to go and get some groceries and when we were at the supermarket I got a big bag of lollies that I had to share with my brother.

My Brother's Birthday

In three more days and in four more nights it is going to be my brothers birthday.His name is Ashley he is turning six  years old some of my family are coming like my aunt, uncle ,my little cousins, my older cousins,Ashley's friends Ryan. He is going to have a monster track cake with one on top.We have already got him a present it is a hot wheel track that comes with a car.We are also are going to have cupcakes and lollies.There hot wheel track is going to have a loped  lops.

Cross Country

Cross Country
On Wednesday my school went down to Sam’s house for the Cross Country. It was raining. We went on the bus.


First we had a walk around the track so that we knew the way.

Then Mr Milne called us up for or race.When I was climbing up the hill my legs hurt.My heart was pumping so fast that I could feel it in my chest.

On the track there were heaps of holes I rolled my ankle in one of the holes and I was going to stop but then I thought that it would waste a lot of time  so I kept on going.

I came second to last but I was so glad that I finished the race.

planting trees

Planting trees 3/9/19

On Wednesday last week my class went to tare re mere to plant trees we went in cars but first we went into class so that Mrs Hannah could put us in groups then we had to grab some plants each and take them down to the gate  the ones that I had ceded poking me in the face and then we had to put them in the back of Mrs Hannah's truck so that she could take it down the first thing we did when we got there is pulling out the weeds.

Then we started planting the trees I planted five trees.

After we had finished weeding and planting we had a lunch break and a lolly pop.

Then we went back to school in the same car and the same group and when we got back from tarere mere we got free time.

How to make a flip book

1.place the three sheets of paper one on top of the other,then fold them in half.

2. Unfold the paper and use scissors to carefully cut along the crease. You will now have two equal stacks of paper.

3.Then you drew what you want.

Sleeping beauty Once upon a time there was a king and a queen who where sad because they had no children. One day the queen was walking beside the river suddenly she saw a fish pop out of the river. Your wish will come true said the fish you will have a daughter.Nine months later the queen had a baby girl. The king was so happy he haled a party.The queen invited the fairies of the kingdom there were eight fairies but one was left out because the king and queen only had seven gold dishes to eat from.

My Mothers Day

My Mothers day Yesterday it was Mothers day. For mothers day we went out for dinner. I went with Kate, Ashley, mum and dad after we went to the beach.When she first woke up I gave her a card and a person that I shaded.I also made a cup of tea and took it down to her.Kate made her some french toast and we took it to her and the knives and forks. After we went to the hockey ground because my sister had to play a game. I got her two Presents they wear a horse book and a pack .I went into the club room and played a game of stacks and ladders I also played blocks and made a house.

About Me

My name is Ella and I go to  Makaraka School. I love unicorns.
I have 2  dogs. I have one sister named Kate, and one brother named Ashley. My mum's name is Karyn and my dad's name is Paul.

I enjoy playing with my dogs their names are TJ and Teca. They are black and brown. I also like to do Education.com, Teach your Monster and Steps Web. I like playing learning games on my Chromebook.

My goal this year is writing and reading. For writing I want to write full sentences that make sense, and in reading I want to be able to read harder words and understand what I am reading.

My favourite food is ice cream and ice block. I look up to my sister, Kate. She helps me with my math and teaches me new things. She is a good hockey player and I like to play hockey too. She teaches me how to do things on my chromebook as well.
